Public offer

1. Definitions

1.1. User — a natural person visiting the website who accepts the terms of this agreement and wishes to place an order on the website.

1.2. Buyer — a User who has placed an order on the website in order to purchase the products offered on it.

1.3. Seller — sole proprietor (FOP) Zviahintseva Inna Hryhorivna.

1.4. Registered address: 61003, Kharkiv, 15 Heroiv Kharkova Ave., apt. 97.

1.6. Acting on the basis of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Sole Proprietors and Public Organisations.

1.7. The Seller is not a VAT payer in Ukraine.

1.8. Products are sold from the Seller's warehouses.

1.9. Product — oral-hygiene cosmetics, chewing gum, lollipops and other goods offered for sale on the Seller's website.

1.10. Order — a request to purchase products placed via the website's cart, with delivery to the specified address.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Seller sells products through the online store.

2.2. By ordering products through the website, the User agrees to the terms of sale set out below. If the User disagrees, they must stop using the service and leave the website.

2.3. The terms of sale and the product information on the website constitute a public offer under Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2.4. The Seller may change these terms unilaterally without notifying the User/Buyer. The new version takes effect once published on the website.

2.5. Acceptance of this Offer takes effect when the Seller sends the Buyer an electronic confirmation that the order has been accepted.

2.6. The sales contract is considered concluded when the Seller issues the Buyer a fiscal (or electronic) receipt confirming payment.

2.7. By providing the Seller with their e-mail, phone number and delivery address, the Buyer consents to the Seller and third parties (delivery services) using these contact details to fulfil obligations and send informational messages.

3. Products and ordering

3.1. Product photos are illustrations and may differ from the actual appearance of the product. The Buyer may clarify product details by e-mail or phone.

3.2. If ordered products are out of stock, the Seller may cancel the order and notify the Buyer.

3.3. The Buyer bears full responsibility for providing incorrect information that makes it impossible to fulfil the order.

3.4. After an order is placed, a manager confirms the details and agrees the delivery date.

3.5. The Seller may unilaterally change the hand-over date for objective reasons.

4. Delivery

4.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta (within Ukraine) or Ukrposhta (international). Payment is made on the website by bank card.

4.2. The risk of accidental damage passes to the Buyer once the delivery service hands over the order.

4.3. Delivery costs are paid by the Buyer according to the carrier's rates unless promotional terms provide otherwise.

4.4. On receiving the order, the Buyer must inspect the products for quality, assortment and packaging integrity.

4.5. Under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”, perfumery, cosmetics and personal-hygiene products of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 172).

4.6. For international delivery, all import taxes, duties and fees are paid by the Buyer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.

5. Payment

5.1. Product prices are stated in hryvnia and do not include VAT.

5.2. The order total consists of the price of the ordered products.

5.3. The Seller may change prices on the website unilaterally; the price of an already ordered and confirmed product does not change.
