Cosmetic product notification in Ukraine
We prepare your product for the new Technical Regulation, from a document review to registration on the Ministry of Health portal.

How we work
Five steps from the first request to a finished batch.
Request and consultation
We discuss the idea, product type, quantity, timing and format of cooperation. Minimum order: 50 units.
Payment
Full payment or a prepayment of at least 50%. We prepare documents and sign a contract if needed.
Design and preparation
We develop a custom design or adapt your artwork. Once the layouts are approved, they go to production.
Production
After the design is approved we start the batch. Standard lead time is up to 14 working days; rush orders are possible.
Delivery
Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international courier or pickup. Shipping is paid by the client.

Our terms in brief
What is the minimum order?
From 50 units per product. For events and test batches this lets you try a product without a large investment; for retail chains and brands we produce runs of thousands.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is up to 14 working days after the design and payment are approved. Rush orders are discussed separately.
What are the payment terms?
Full payment or a prepayment of at least 50%, the balance before shipping. We can sign a contract and prepare accounting documents if needed.
Can I use a ready formula, or do I need a custom one?
Both. Ready formulas from our catalogue launch fastest; a custom formula is developed from scratch to your brief — ingredients, flavour, scent, texture.
Do you do design and packaging?
Yes. We design labels and packaging or adapt your artwork, select tubes, jars, sticks and boxes, and approve everything with you before printing.
What about documents and cosmetic notification?
We prepare the product for the Ukrainian Technical Regulation: PIF, CPSR, label text, notification on the Ministry of Health portal and responsible person services. Scope and cost are quoted individually.
How is delivery arranged?
Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, international courier or pickup from our production site in Ivano-Frankivsk. Shipping is paid by the client.
