1. General provisions

The data on https://mft.ua/ (the “Website”) is managed by sole proprietor Zviahintseva I.H. (tax ID 2419513827), registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine (the “Company”). The Company treats with great respect the confidential (personal) information of everyone who visits the Website and uses its services; accordingly, the Company strives to protect the confidentiality of personal data (information about a natural person who is identified or can be specifically identified), creating the most comfortable conditions for every user. This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (the “Policy”) sets out how the Company processes personal data, which data is collected, the purposes of its use, the Company's interaction with third parties, security measures, conditions of access to personal data, and contact details for accessing, changing, blocking or deleting your personal data and for any questions about our data-protection practices.

2. Personal data protection

The Company applies generally accepted technological and operational standards to protect information and personal data from loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. However, despite all efforts, the Company cannot guarantee absolute protection against threats arising outside its control. The Company applies all appropriate confidentiality obligations and technical and organisational security measures to prevent unauthorised or unlawful disclosure or processing of such information and data, and its accidental loss, destruction or damage. Access to information and personal data is granted only to authorised employees who have agreed to keep it confidential in accordance with the Company's requirements. Disclosure of personal data without the consent of the data subject or their authorised representative is permitted only in cases defined by law and only (where necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights.

3. Rights of the data subject

The Company informs you of your rights as a data subject under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, namely:

1. to know the sources of collection and location of your personal data, the purposes of its processing, the location or residence of the data owner or controller, or to authorise persons to obtain this information, except in cases provided by law;

2. to receive information about the conditions of access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom the data is transferred;

3. to access your personal data;

4. to receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of the request (except in cases provided by law), a reply as to whether your personal data is being processed, and to receive the content of such data;

5. to submit a reasoned objection to the data owner against the processing of your personal data;

6. to submit a reasoned request to change or delete your personal data by any owner or controller if the data is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

7. to protection of your personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage due to deliberate concealment, non-provision or late provision, and to protection from the provision of information that is inaccurate or damages the honour, dignity and business reputation of a natural person;

8. to lodge complaints about the processing of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court;

9. to apply legal remedies in the event of a breach of personal data protection law;

10. to make reservations limiting the right to process your personal data when giving consent;

11. to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;

12. to know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;

13. to protection from an automated decision that has legal consequences. To update, access, change, block or delete your personal data, or to withdraw the consent you gave the Company under this Policy, or if you have any comments, wishes or complaints about your personal data processed by the Company, please contact the Company by e-mail.

4. Safety of minors

The Website is not intended for minors. The Company takes safety very seriously, especially regarding persons under the age of majority, and therefore asks parents to explain to their children the issues of online safety, and the purpose and need for using particular services of the Website.
